The buffet breakfast is served every day from 7.30 to 9.30 in the breakfast room on the ground floor, consisting of an internal room furnished in style and a lovely covered outdoor garden
Our breakfast is traditional-Mediterranean with selected local, fresh products, mostly zero km, prepared on the day and homemade by Chef Felice. Equally carefully selected is the savory breakfast, with the best products on the market from cold cuts, to cheeses, to eggs to bread.
On the buffet you will find both classic and traditional Elban home-made cakes, sometimes accompanied to create sublime combinations by creams, whipped cream or jams. Fresh seasonal fruit, fruit salads, conflakes, mursley, honey, butter, ricotta, yogurt.
For lovers of savoury foods, first choice cold cuts and cheeses, eggs from the simplest preparations to the most delicious ones like those in the Caterina de’Medici style, bread of different varieties from mini baguettes, to the one with sesame seeds or mixed seeds, to the delicious PaneBiancolino of the Assapora line, which sometimes varies with pizza or ‘schiacchia’.
The self-service drinks corner offers Tea, American Coffee, fruit juices, fresh natural water, fresh milk
